| Farmstead (Hoeve) de Aar. In the 30's this farm was a kind of model-farm. They advertised with: The only deliverer of milk, free of disease-germs per liter F0,15. After closing the farm, it became in 1970 the first bowling-centre of Limburg. Nowadays we find here a chinese restaurant. The idyllic nature, which you see, is nowadays a highway.In October 1969 construction-works started for a highway to Maastricht. |
